Welcome to Sierra Massage Lounge. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read carefully to ensure a safe, relaxing, and professional experience.

  1. Reservations

To make a booking, please contact us via:

All reservations are subject to therapist availability and confirmation. Group bookings may require a deposit to secure your reservation.

  1. Appointments

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment to check in and relax.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time so that we can honour subsequent bookings.
The full session fee still applies.

  1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.

  • Cancellations or appointment changes are accepted up to 24 hours before your scheduled treatment.
  • No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking will be charged 100% of the service fee.

This ensures fair scheduling and respect for our therapists’ time.

  1. Special Considerations

Your health and comfort are our top priority.
Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, pregnancy, or any other medical concerns should consult a doctor before booking.

Please inform your therapist of:

  • Any allergies, injuries, or medical conditions
  • Disabilities or pregnancy

Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  1. Professional Conduct & Policy

Sierra Massage Lounge upholds the highest professional and ethical standards.

  • We have a strict NO-NUDITY policy. Clients are required to wear underwear (excluding bras) during treatments.
  • No sensual or sexual services are offered, implied, or tolerated.
  • Any inappropriate comments or behaviour will result in immediate termination of treatment and possible future bans.
  • Refunds will not be issued for terminated sessions.

Our focus is on professional, therapeutic, and restorative bodywork only.

  1. Group Reservations

For group or corporate bookings, a deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. Deposit terms will be communicated upon booking.

  1. Operation Hours

🕒 Operating Hours:

  • Monday: 09:00 – 17:00
  • Tuesday – Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
  • Saturday: 09:00 – 16:00
  • Sunday: Closed

Hours may vary on public holidays. Please check our social media or Google listing for updates.

  1. Gift Vouchers & Packages

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and are non-refundable.
Expired or lost vouchers cannot be replaced.
Package deals must be used by the same client unless otherwise arranged.

  1. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept cash and card.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  1. Liability

While our therapists are qualified professionals, Sierra Massage Lounge cannot be held liable for injuries or reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare advice.
All treatments are provided at the client’s discretion.

  1. Privacy

We respect your right to privacy. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  1. Amendments

Sierra Massage Lounge reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
Revised terms will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Modified” date.
